, CHICAGO (Dec. 10) - His career in shreds, Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich clung defiantly to power Wednesday, ignoring a call to step down from President-elect Barack Obama and a warning that Senate Democrats will not let him appoint a new senator from the state.
It's pretty bad that your ego is so out of control that you take on the FBI for the
last three years. But now your telling the President Elect F-U?
Obama has a point to prove! And this will not sit well for Guv Blag-o-bitch.
Your career is over Rover! Making $150k per year may be a future dream.
Then again, he will get a book deal to squeal.
Incredible! Maybe someone needs to talk to him. That he could plead ignorance
and actually wanted a good Cubs seat with the new Senator that would tak Obama's place.
